There are many ways to get rid of anger, but we discuss it in the light of Holy Quran and Hadiths. See here,
• Remember Allah
Recall Allah when you feel you are going to be angry. Allah Says in the Holy Quran,
1. It is You we reverence and You we request for assistance.” (Holy Quran: verse 5)
2. “Call upon Me; I will reply to you.” (Holy Quran: verse 60)
• Get Protection of Allah
Allah says in the Holy Quran,
“And if there comes to you from Satan a wicked submission, then pursue protection in Allah. Certainly, He is the Hearing, the Meaningful.” (Holy Quran: verse 36)
• Changing One’s Place
According to Hadith, the Holy Prophet (PBUH) said that,
“When one of you becomes annoyed while standup, he should sit down. If the fury leaves him, well and good; or else he should lie down.” (Sunan Abi Dawud)
• Make Silence
According to Hadith, the Holy Prophet (PBUH) said that
“He who has faith in Allah and the Last Day (The Day of Judgment), must say good or remain silent.” (Sahih Bukhari and Sahih Muslim)
So, control your anger and don’t spoil your health and wonderful career. May Allah help us in every difficult situation.
